Commissionaires Manitoba is actively seeking candidates to support the Division’s Electronic Monitoring Centre. Operators monitor individuals across Canada who have been fitted with a judicially mandated monitoring device as part of their bail conditions. The operator is responsible to actively monitor persons enrolled in the program and their movements, action all alarms or alerts that occur, create incident and court briefs when an incident does occur, and assesses the movements of each individual and determine if it meets their bail conditions and contact the appropriate authorities using determined protocols.
Candidates must be able to effectively communicate in a professional manner to all persons involved, create, write, and maintain correspondence and documents such as emails, reports etc that clarifies and articulates relevant discussion points.
Must be able to effectively monitor action multiple and shifting priorities, while ensuring excellent attention to detail, and manage stressful and emotionally charged situations.
Possess or able to obtain clear Criminal Record and Child Abuse Registry Checks. Previous experience in electronic monitoring, use of monitoring software etc.
Candidates will also be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Training will be provided.
