What you’ll be doing

The HR Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources Department. This includes acting as the first point of contact for general inquiries from applicants, coordinating and running employee onboarding twice a week, providing support to the HR team, as required. 

Qualifications

Education & Professional / Technical Knowledge

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite & HRIS) including data entry and reporting

Skills & Abilities

  • Outstanding communication and listening skills
  • Able to prioritize workload in a fluid environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Able to work independently and as part of productive work teams with diverse personalities to meet organizational goal
  • Exceptional accuracy of work and attention to detail is essential
  • Superior organizational and time-management skills
  • Exceptional customer service orientation, including the ability to simplify explanations of complex processes
  • Act as a reliable and supportive team member
  • A high degree of self-motivation and initiative

Other

  • Fluent English (speak, read, write), fluent French (speak)
  • Have or able to obtain enhanced reliability security clearance
