Security Officer – Edmundston, NB

Commissionaires NB&PEI Division is looking to hire a mature and responsible team member in Edmundston, NB to work in a work in a variety of facilities around the Edmundston/Grand Falls area. Hourly wages will vary based on the location, between $16 and $18. Compensation for mileage is included with distance over 50 km one way. 

The Role

The Security Officer is responsible to enforce established rules and regulations to ensure the protection of people, property and information.

We are seeking candidates with:

  • a clean criminal record 
  • strong communication and problem solving skills
  • customer service experience

The successful candidate must be able to:

  • maintain high levels of confidentiality
  • demonstrate sound judgement in addressing conflict situations
  • respond to emergency situations

The ability to speak in both French and English is essential.
