Assignment: Full time hours (40 hours per week)

Conditions of employment: Day Shift work; 8 hour shifts Monday to Friday

Commissionaires NB&PEI Division is looking to hire a mature and responsible team member for full-time hours at an industrial facility in Plaster Rock NB.

The Role

The Security Detail Supervisor is entrusted to act as a leader to the Members at the detail, to promote a positive work environment and to provide a professional service for the Client. They are required to promote team work and to communicate information to all Members working at the detail in a timely manner. They ensure all members working at the detail are aware of their responsibilities and duties.

We are seeking candidates who are:

  • Approachable with good deportment and have experience working with the public
  • Demonstrate strong skills in problem solving, communication and dispute resolution
  • Proven in supervisory and leadership skills
  • Physically fit to perform interior and exterior rounds

The successful candidate must be able to:

  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality
  • Demonstrate sound judgement in addressing conflict situations
  • Respond to emergency situations
