Support of veterans is why Commissionaires was founded, and we have never shirked that mission.

Exciting times are upon us! It’s been just over one-week since I became a commissionaire, and I can’t believe all the interesting activities and initiatives we are participating in, especially those coming in the next few months.

Today we announced we are the official security partner for the Invictus Games Toronto 2017 taking place this September! We will be stationed at nine major venues for the games, providing 24-hour security, customer service access control, asset protection and mobile support. Exciting, right?!

In addition to providing service support, we are also a proud sponsor of Invictus Games Toronto 2017. “True warriors are a kindred spirit, regardless of which country they come from, and those who have been injured share an even stronger bond,” says Commissionaires North Alberta CEO, John Slater. “Commissionaires is proud to continue its legacy of looking after those who have served. Our support of the Invictus Games is a testament to that legacy.”

Commissionaires across Canada have expressed their excitement for our participation in the Games.

Supporting the Invictus Games is a natural fit for Commissionaires, keeping with our work alongside other like-minded veteran support organizations such as Soldier On or Wounded Warriors.”
