Commissionaires Nova Scotia is pleased to announce the two-year appointment of Deputy Commissioner (Ret’d) Steve Graham, OOM, BA, MBA, as Board Chair.
We thank our outgoing Chair, Cdr (Ret’d) Hickey, for her leadership over the past two years. Cdr Hickey will continue serving on the CNS volunteer Board and lends her expertise in governance as Chair of the Commissionaires National Governance Working Group.
D/Commr Graham is the former Deputy Commissioner East, responsible for RCMP services in Ontario, Québec and the Atlantic Provinces. He retired in 2013 after serving 38 years with the RCMP. D/Commr Graham has been an active volunteer with police governance boards, foundations, and veterans’ advocacy during retirement. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Allison University and a Master of Business Administration from Athabasca University.
D/Commr Graham has been serving on the Commissionaires Nova Scotia Board since January 2011. We know his wealth of leadership experience will serve our commissionaires and clients well.
