#RiderNation is protected by Commissionaires

Summer is here and Commissionaires are bringing the heat!

Not only does Saturday mark Canada’s 150th, but it is also the official 2017/2018 home opener for the Saskatchewan Roughriders at their brand new Mosaic Stadium!

After a few pre-season games at the stadium, the fans are settling into the new facilities nicely. They’re comforted by the top-notch security personnel providing the best security service in the southern half of the province.

Commissionaires South Saskatchewan will be providing security at each of the Roughriders home games this season and they couldn’t be more enthused. Colin King, CEO of Commissionaires South Saskatchewan Division is thrilled with the “wide array of jobs and experiences for [his] commissionaires.”

For the pre-season home opener, 50 commissionaires played a key role in keeping the sports facility and fans safe—all part of the sports family they’ve held near and dear to their hearts for so long. King said, “Many of the office staff (pictured) have been lifelong fans and are excited for the opportunity to provide a service for such a superb organization.”

Good luck to the Roughriders this season. Perhaps we’ll see them in Ottawa on 26 November for the Grey Cup—facing off against the Ottawa RedBlacks, of course, because there’s nothing better than some office sports rivalry, right?!
