Rowan Hamilton joins Commissionaires Great Lakes

Oakville, ON – Rowan Hamilton has joined the Commissionaires Great Lakes leadership team as the new Chief Operating Officer as of November 1. He brings a unique background, diverse experience, and a growth-focused, collaborative approach to the company.

“I’m looking forward to building on the company’s core strengths, promoting continued growth, and developing innovative solutions to respond to the evolving needs of our customers and employees,” Hamilton said. “It’s important to me to make significant contributions to an organization that has an explicit commitment to include veterans and their families within its workforce.

Hamilton has held senior leadership roles in business development and business operations with national and multinational organizations. His 30-year career in the security industry includes positions with Securitas Canada, GardaWorld and Intercon Security. Most recently, Hamilton served as director of business development with the Southern Alberta Division of Commissionaires before moving to the Toronto area to be closer to family.
