Randip Parhar’s story conveys a message of compassion and commitment. These qualities, combined with the profound energy she brings to her role as a scheduler, have become known as the “Randip Effect.”
Randip’s journey traces back to her beginnings as a guard, when she embarked on a new chapter by relocating from Manitoba to Ontario. Randip’s brother told her about commissionaires and the work he was doing; it was then that Randip’s passion for supporting our field staff grew even more significant, leading her to a deeper understanding of the organization. As time passed, she wanted to take on a more substantial role in the heart of CGL’s headquarters.
Fortunately, CGL’s recruiters recognized Randip’s exceptional qualities. An open scheduling position was the perfect fit for Randip, allowing her to invoke the Randip Effect through her infectious smile, bubbly nature, and eagerness to find placements suitable for each employee. Her impact, resonates throughout HQ, nurturing a culture of understanding and unity we all benefit from.
“I make it a point to be happy,” Randip declared. “There are so many things going on in the world. Your voice and words have an effect. If you’re smiling and happy, it’s contagious. I believe in spreading this positivity.”
Randip’s manager, Louise, praises her exceptional commitment and support towards those under her care.
When asked about the essence of her work, Randip responded, “I love helping our guards. Everyone teaches you something. So, when I speak with them, I feel happy because I get to know them and like chatting,” she giggled.
