On 18 March 2015, Commissionaire John Smith presented a cheque fro $750 to the Wainwright Military Family Resource Centre on behalf of the Commissionaires, Northern Alberta Division. Tara Manning, Child Care Director, accepted the donation on behalf of the MFRC Child Development Centre. This was the sixth consecutive year that the Wainwright MFRC received a donation from the Commissionaires. The staff was very appreciative for the generosity of the Corps of Commissionaires Northern Alberta Division CEO, John Slater fro making it happen. Funds will be directed to enhancing children’s programming in the daycare.
