THE ROLE:
Commissionaires NL is seeking an Account Manager to provide client relations, manage multiple contracts, and support new business opportunities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops and maintains excellent client relations by frequent client check ins
- Manage multiple contracts, including short term requests
- Working with Site Managers in investigating and resolving worked related issues and complaints.
- Conduct Site Audits/Visits and records findings
- Assist Chief of Operations and Human Resources Manager with placement of employees to various sites
- Arrange travel and accommodations for employees when required
- Assisting with the preparation bids on security services Tenders and RFPs
- Other duties may be assigned as required
WHO WE’RE SEEKING
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in Business or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Experience working in similar role within the Security Industry would be an asset
- Be professional, reliable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Be able to obtain a clear police conduct and Government of Canada clearance.
- Driver’s license
