THE ROLE
Commissionaires NL is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to manage the entire hiring process including candidate attraction, reviewing resumes, interviews, hiring paperwork and onboarding.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the Management of the Recruitment Email Folder
- Review Applications and Contact Candidates for Pre Screen Interviews
- Schedule and Conduct Interviews
- Assist New Hires with Hiring Paperwork
- Liaise with Site Managers and Account Managers regarding Staffing Requirements
- Add New Employees into CHRIS (Commissionaires Human Resource Information System)
- Attend Career Fairs Both in Person and Virtually
- Compliance Tracking and Provide Follow up to Management on Recruitment
- Submitting Government of Canada Reliability Clearances for Employees
- Registering New Hires for Commissionaires Training Course and Maintaining Training Records.
- Other Duties as Required
WHO WE’RE SEEKING
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in Business or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- 1-2 years experience with Recruitment
- Experience working in the Security Industry would be an asset
- Be professional, reliable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to obtain clear police conduct and Secret Clearance though the government of Canada required.
- Driver’s license
